Refunds

Small businesses like ours are often charged significantly higher fees to process payments. We have two types of sales that we do through our website: merch and tickets for events, and fundraising for films.

For the first type, except in cases of extreme emergency we have a general no-refund policy unless you request one within 24 hours of the sale. If so, we may be able to reverse the charge via our processor, but after that we cannot.

Hopefully, our service is so good that you never have to ask for a refund, but in the case of emergencies, reach out to the email below.

Film Fundraising

Our fundraising process is designed to allow for smaller film projects to do direct fundraising. These funds pass through our company and head directly to the creator. 

Our policy here is a general no-refund policy, and we can refer you to the individual creator.

We recommend strongly that you know if you are sure when you make one of these purchases, because even if the creator says yes to a refund, it may take months or even years to process.

HollyWooot Film Group assumes no responsibility to retrieve you funds once they pass through to the creator, and we reserve the right to have the processing fees still apply.
